Not exactly "zoom", but if you look at your front mirror (keys 7 or 9 on numpad, depending on whether it's LHD/RHD vehicle) there is a chance truck's dash will became a bit more readable. Doesn't work with all trucks, sadly - some still has problematic displays. Namely Ivecos, IMHO. #10.

Download and uncompress the icon pack [sharemods.com] Find System > Hotkey in the list of actions and drag and drop it to an empty slot. Then, click on the small downward arrow on the icon and select "Set from File". Browse to the icon you want to use then click on "Hotkey" and type any keyboard combination you would like the button to trigger.
It looks like you have no anti-aliasing (and maybe also no anisotropic filtering). Set it to 400% scaling, then go to Nvidia control panel, manage 3d programs, ETS 2.exe in tab of program settings, and select highest numbers for anisotropic filtering and anti-aliasing etc, max out on everything (don't touch triple buffering), use Enhance the application setting (it boosts the game's settings).
