Was super sad to see my DLC not working, but this was the perfect fix! I had deleted my mods and tried a million things but this was such an easy fix with this file. Thank you! You truly are keeping the game alive, not sure why EA doesn't care about this issue since the game isn't that old and many people still play it. I managed to fix the problem by logging into the EA App by clicking on the steam icon above username. It directs you to steam and you just need to follow the instructions indicated. Managed to solve the missing DLC problem by deleting the profile and profile options files in the saves folder.
