Play God of War 3 on RCPS3, though it does require a really fast CPU to run properly. If im willing to purchase a Powerful CPU for that. i tested GOW Ascension on RPCS3 a few days ago on my hardware and got about 20 - 30 FPS (Above 30 on some sequences) with some flickering issues (I bought a Disc for the game a few days ago and FTP’d it to my PC with Multiman) The team behind the best Playstation 3 emulator for the PC, RPCS3, has released a new video showcasing the major improvements that have been implemented for God of War 3 in the latest version of the emulator.

I found another post on this sub recommending to turn on "accurate RSX reservation access" in advanced (if you haven't already) and that has at least stopped the freezing from happening every like 10mins to ~30mins now. Not the best solution but it is somewhat more playable at least.
